Hi! Welcome to Emergent. We’re excited to have you. Below is any information you should need before the conference. Feel free to reference this document at any time throughout the conference. We will also have volunteers in Emergent shirts that will be able to ask any questions you have. Check-in will happen at Macmillan hall starting at 9:00. You should get there early to make sure you have time to get a good seat for our Keynote speaker. At check-in you will receive a name tag as well as some cool swag.
Please bring some form of ID (school ID or driver’s license are both acceptable) so that we can verify your identity, and be sure to arrive on-time! We will be maintaining a standby list for attendees who were not able to register and RSVP, and your swag and spot in the conference may give spot away if you don’t arrive by 9:30.
After check-in, you can proceed to McMillan Hall for the Keynote address. We will have volunteers along the way who can guide you there if you are unfamiliar with Brown’s campus.
Attendees will be served two meals and snacks during the conference.
